We are in the middle of Summer and oh it’s been hot! Can’t lie, I love the sun, but this heat has been exhausting. We really need to equip ourselves with some air conditioning though, which makes it even more better to enjoy the sunny days.
The summertime and the hot weather calls for the beach. So here is my first favourite – the perfect summer dress! This dress is from H&M, who always have fabulous and well priced dresses. The material is airy and very flattering and I absolutely love the print!
H&M have some unique clothing and you’ll be surprised with some really nice dresses. Dresses are my fave and they have lots of modest ones. Sizes can come up big, so I go for a medium (sometimes, even small).
I love jewellery and I also love gold. Being a Pakistani means we love our gold, rather than silver. Finding modern jewellery that I can wear everyday is a must. This is where it’s great to find nice pieces that one can treasure.
I was after some new pieces and low and behold I got the opportunity to get some new rings from Astley Clarke*.
The pictures don’t do justice to the rings. They are so sparkly and beautiful. One delicate and the other that can be worn on fingers and look fab on the thumb also. The rings are of such quality too and don’t tarnish, whether you wear it in the shower or use everyday. The main ring is 18-ct yellow gold vermeil ring set with white sapphires and is devine.
Sticking to fashion, I have had this urge to find some wrap around sandals, but I can’t warrant paying for the Rene Caovilla ones. Instead I chose the Simmi London ones where the wrap around strap can be removed and can be added to any other show with a loop at the bag. I tried the strap with two different shoes. One I featured in my previous blog post and below and another – also below.
Get those gold shoes on, that fab dress and rings sparkling in the sunshine – what more does a lady want!!!

Those rings are gorgeous, I’ve not seen white sapphires before. My engagement ring is 18 ct white gold with a big blue sapphire and diamonds around the edges! I love that the rings are versatile and can be worn on your fingers or thumb, they look lovely.
